Wedding receptions, proms, retirement parties, business meetings, or gatherings of any kind will find comfortable accommodations in our spacious dining room. Catering is also provided, full-service dinners to appetizers for both large and small groups. We do an excellent job of customizing your celebration in a personable and warm setting. PENDLETON COUNTRY CLUB FACILITY USE GUIDELINES

~Our staff will strive to anticipate every important detail of your function,
we encourage communication related to the details of your function
to take place prior to your deposit commitment.~

The rental fee for the Reception Hall is $500.00 and includes:
  • Linens, table settings & stemware
  • Use of the outdoor deck
  • Room set up and tear down
  • Clean up

Banquet meals require a 30 person minimum guarantee.
Your special function booking allows you use of the facility until midnight. Special accommodations for later use can abe made with prior arrangements at an additional hourly fee.

Your banquet room will be complete 1 hour prior to guest arrival. We understand that it takes time to add your personal touch to the banquet room, we ask that you express your needs to our Food Service Manager in advance so we can accommodate you.

The country club wait staff is not available for decorating.

Menu/Guarantees

We request your menu selection and guest guarentee 3 weeks prior to the date of your party or reception.

A guarantee count is due 8 days prior to the date at which time 75% of your total bill is also due.

Only food provided and prepared at the Pendleton Country Club is allowed at functions (Wedding cake is the only exception).

Deposit/Payments

A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold the date for your event, 75% of the total bill is due 8 days prior with the final payment expected within 30 days following your event.

Ceremonies Fees

  • Ceremony Fee: $200.00
  • Fee Includes:
    • Course user fee ~ access to the course for chairs, wedding arbor and any other items needed by the Bride & Groom for their ceremony. The Pendleton Country Club provides the space only, all accessories are to be rented by the Bride & Groom.
    • One golf cart to aid guests who need help reaching the ceremony area.
    • Time: Earliest ceremony starting time is 5:00pm

Additional Amenities included:

  • Bridal Room
  • Grooms Room
Rain Policy: In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside & held in your reception banquet room. Guests will be seated at their assigned dinner tables & the ceremony will take place on the dance floor. Please note: The $200.00 fee will still apply if the ceremony has to be moved inside.
