Continued Education…

George and I recently attended a Sysco Food Show in Spokane .  We have tried to take advantage of what is offered to us though Sysco and found it to be invaluable information. 

At the Food Show we discovered new items to add to our Appetizer Menu, great products that offer significant savings on labor costs, and new ways to cost effectively ‘Go Green' in the Clubhouse. 

I attended a seminar on the effects of the current food costs in relationship to our bottom line; it was very enlightening! 

We also attended a wine tasting at Graybeal Distributing and discovered some fun new wines and Chocolate Port (our favorite!) to bring to the club. 

Oh, what we do in the name of work!  Really fun, but really worthwhile and we are sure you will soon enjoy the fruits our labors.
